Items never received. After being left OUTSIDE next to a bin by the courier, informed seller but they refused to help. Have ended up paying for 2 trainers which I did not receive, sent seller pictures showing the tracking and where items were left. They still did not help. Would NOT recommend.

I ordered the large size and it took 17 days to get to the US! Very quick! I did not need to contact the seller for any reason so I cannot review their timeliness…however, the quality of the bag is outstanding for the price! I would highly recommend this bag from this seller. See my pics! Only thing I can point out is the overlap of the V stitching on the front, otherwise everything is fantastic. Soft suede interior and heavy duty chain and hardware .

Scam, not sure if the shop has sent the package or not but I have never ever lost a package before. The delivery company is not to be trusted even though they do have pictures but never know if they took it after the pictures! NEVER received my purchase and had a terrible experience with the shop and DHgate regarding solution. Both the app and sellers here are not buyers protected (unlike other apps like Temu or Aliexpress). They gonna KEEP your money no matter what! SCAM!

I received my bag within 3 weeks and 2 days to the USA. I am very pleased with this bag. I never bought a neverfull at such a low price and I am pleasantly surprised. The actual brand does not make this bag which is why I made the purchase. No strong smell or loose threads. Nice bag with logos in correct places. Note:Hardware is light gold and comes with a d-ring. Inside is red with cursive writing on pocket. Pocket does not go all the way to the bottom of bag and wrislet is included, but inside is black with no inner pocket. I am not sure if the trim is leather. Bag feels sturdy, but the straps were a little bent. The straps should be ok once the bag is worn daily.
